Default Bear Bait Question

... Do any of you guys use a predator call when at a bait site? I checked the regs. and I can't find any references to calling bears.

I think handhelds are ok but not electronic calls

I've tried mouth calls while waiting over bait before, thinking I could expedite the waiting period, but never with any success.
