Default Is anyone going from lloydminster or wainwright area to Edmonton Wednesday morning?

I have to go pick up a truck to replace the crashed one, and am hoping for a ride. I will definitely pitch in for gas.

Its an insurance expense.
They should be giving you either a plane tix or a rental car.

No it's not. No they won't. I need a truck now, and they have barely started the process. I did not have collision on that truck, so no rental coverage.

If you can get to Red Deer Thursday morning, I can take you the rest of the way (no charge). Sorry. That is the best I can do. Or, maybe ponoka?

Edit: or Wetaskawin (sp?).

Thanks Shelley, but Red Deer is an hour and a half further than Edmonton.
You don't get out this way, do you?

Nope. Lol. If I wasn't dealing with a time crunch I would be more than happy too, though.

If you do find someone heading west on Thursday, but not north to Edmonton, I can pick you up along the way.

I'm pretty sure you're man enough to ride shotgun in my pink camo apolstered truck (though from what I gather, treeguy isn't ).

Ah. Now I get it. The help I'm offering would be no help at all, really.

He may have been intimidated by the tape measure

Ken if you can get a ride here, you can stay a night or so then I can get you to Wetaskawin, for a ride with Shelly, if that works.

Thanks nimrod, but wetaskiwin is not between Edmonton and PV, and Shelley is from Calgary.

I just need to get to Edmonton. I will likely get Oldman to take me.

I just wanted to thank the people that Offered to help, especially the 2 that offered to come out here and pick me up, from Edmonton. What an amazing offer, awesome.

I am going to get Oldman to drive my car up, and then we will bring 2 back.

Again, thank you very much for the offers. I had just hoped that someone was heading past, would save me some fuel, and I wouldn't have to find a driver.
