Victoria Fancy makes very good pepperoni (and everything else). I have taken meat to lots and lots of places over the years, but none has been able to hold a candle to the consistently good products that are put out by them. The back end is so clean you could eat off the floor at the end of the day. You will not regret taking your animal there.

If you want to wait 2 or 3 months. Bad experience there.

I've given up on sausage houses and make my own and dam it's good. I have many satisfied "customers".

My BIL swears by K & K Foodliner for pepperoni, smokies. They're good, but it's their jerky that knocks it out of the park for me.

K&K has never ever let me down. But all the positive stuff about Victoria has me thinking I might try there this year.

Real Deal Meats in south Edmonton is the only place I use. Darcy and his crew are fast and do quality work. I get all my sausage, jerky (sliced and pressed) and smokies done there. They will also do it all year long so you are not forced to get it done right away
