Got a Pretty Decent Bull the Other Day
Well, I was beginning to think I wasn't going to find the kind of bull I was after this year, but a couple days ago it all ended up coming together. Its a great bull for the area he came from.
We have looked over what im sure is 30-40+ bulls over the last 3 months, and had alot of close encounters with the bow in hand, but never managed to seal the deal. Since bringing out the rifles, we had seen 3 other shooter bulls, but it never ended working out on any of them. Finally though, we walked into a good moose hole that has produced lots of sightings for us before, and this guy was in there with another smaller bull and cow. After looking him over, I was confident that I would be happy with him, and a few seconds later he was on the ground. I am super happy with this moose, and still hope to find one for my buddy before the season is over (and a couple whiteys ideally too). Cheers!

I'd say he would do in a pinch...lol great Bull you put down, love your picture, Awesome stuff, all those hours you put in looks like they paid off! Very cool!

Sounds like allot of effort went into the Bull, Congrats.
A fine Bull, a full freezer of moose meat and a fine addition to the Man Cave...Awesome.

Lol, your one of the few that knows that there shoulda been a good whitey down long before this moose.....but im still waiting for my second chance, hahaha! Got the week off, so hoping he's feeling a little silly and comes back!
