Never had the chance to shoot at one with my 10-22, but last year cleared out most of a family, got the 4 young ones and missed the one parent with my air rifle. Am thinking of getting a .17hmr or .22wmr Savage for low volume gopher shooting and longer shots, but maybe a .204 would do more plus be good coyote medicine
