There are FOUR current threads on this exact subject. One is three threads down from this one titled re-barrelling Sako 85. Try scrolling down or searching gunsmith.
Ive used Rod Hendrickson, who is in the westend of Edmonton many times and highly recommend him. He's to the point and does a good job, but his services cost. Not a ton, but its no basement gunsmith cost. 780-455-3006.
Nothing wrong with Rod for something like this. His prices seemingly fluctuate by the mood he is in and whether or not he likes your gun. If he doesn't like it, he will tell you it is a throwaway. LOL.
