Default Meet in Conklin

Catnthehat & I have been discussing the possibilities of having a "meet & greet" in Conklin for those of us from the northeast. It would necessarily be a Saturday. All who would be interested, please come forward with a date, and let's work on it. I think that we have a lot in common, being from this part of Alberta, and I would think that the bs could be something epic!!!

Not a lot of people living around Conklin. You would have a few more attending if it was in Fort McMurray, myself included.

Opa figured it would be more central, so Lac La Biche members could attend as well.

It is halfway between LLB & Ft. Mac., and with the camps around there, there are bound to be members of the forum as well.

Good idea.
I'd love to meet up with the guys around the area. But in my present condition that's just not going to happen. Maybe in the spring or summer when I've got my 'git up and go' back though.

I like the idea, but this weekend doesn't work for me, as we just moved. My new place is a disaster right now.

Keep me in the loop for any future meetings or if anyone wants to meet up at the Fort McMurray gun range.

Default Great idea

Great idea but I am busy. Yet again.

I will propose we try again later . If we can get some time to line up in the new year I'd like to have you guys out to the Trapline for a day of BS and a pot of stew.

Pot luck on the old trap line? Now that sounds like a good time!
