I like Touchwood both for camping and the fishing. Personally, I like Pinehurst for the walleye fishing, but their camping is packed on the long weekend.
Usually a good time of the year for both pike and walleye. Have seen some large pike in Touchwood.

Well, being that your considering the May long weekend the choice is simple, Seibert is closed until June 1st:

Seibert Lake
Apr. 1 to May 31 – CLOSED

Touchwood is open though.

I have only fished Seibert but have heard good things about Touchwood. Seibert can be great for some large pike. The road in is a bit rough but as long as it is not wet it is fine. The boat launch is pretty poor and you have to launch from the sand now. No problem if you have a small boat though.
