Ultimately, Made her boss that fired her, for no reason, look like a POS DB in front of Canada and the world.

Pretty good I'd say.

I'll fill you in on the chronology, just in case you missed it the first time.

She gets fired by lying pos db.

She reaveals she has tapes.

Gerald butts resigns.

So really, the fact she recorded conversations had nothing to do with her being fired.

So yes, record away. Will only help you and hurt any prosecution against you.

You missed the point. I’m simply illustrating you can record in Canada without the other party knowing.

And elected as an independent MP, one of the first in Canada, if not the first.

Why?

She had the lady balls to stand up for what was right, her rights, and her constituents rewarded her for it.

Worked out ok I'd say.

Not regressing the conversation just commenting on the OP's first post about F&W searches.

Since 1913 game wardens were given the authority to search without warrants under certain circumstances. I'm guessing circumstances were if they had reason to believe laws have been broken.

As long as you are a part of the conversation. You can’t record other people’s conversations without one parties approval.
