Default Pike fishing near edmonton

Im looking for a lake nearby edmonton where I can fish from shore for pike or walleye. Any suggestions?

Not a whole lot out there. Maybe the narrows at Lac St Anne. But its pretty dead there now....

Coal lake is always a great place for pike, but I'm not sure how good it is fishing from shore..

no way lac st anne is awesome at the narrows for shore fishing pike and walleye just use jig and minnow combos

There is a dock at Jackfish Lake just be prepaired to shell out $20 to park

Try Mink lake as well. It'll be less than Jackfish to get in, but you'll have a better chance of catching than Jackfish IMHO.

Has anybody had any luck anywhere near Edmonton lately? I am planning on heading out tomorrow but undecided as to where.

wow no one like wabanum??? ive always had great luck there even from shore you can get into some nice slough sharks... just my 2 cents
