Never had scope eye.
Closest I came was the first time I shot my Sharps Carbine in 45-70. Nearly put the hammer thought by cheek.

Shooting 22s you would not even know if your scope is mounted incorrectly. Ignorance is bliss in that case.

Tapped lightly once many years ago, and have made a point since of only using scopes with really good eye relief.... leupolds on a 338 win mag, 7mm rem mag.

Yep. Same here. Only ever got kisses from my scopes. Mainly the Bushnell I had on my inline muzzleloader. Soon switched to a Nikon Omega with 5” constant eye relief.

Got a couple over the last 40 years from shooting at odd angles, but it's the "scoped nose" that has got me more. I still touch up the permeant scare every once it a while. I get so focused on the shot no matter the situation, that I sometimes get myself good. The last time I did it, I made shot on a great buck, I never noticed until I got back tp the cabin and looked in the mirror. Damm Roman nose of mine.

My very first rifle about 40 years ago, old sporterized 30-06 with a cheap Tasco scope bit me good on the very first shot I took. Had one of those "and people do this for fun" moments.

T/C Encore with full load of Shockey Sticks and a 400 grain bullet / scope with short eye relief. Needed 2 stitches to close the gash and to add insult to injury I missed a great Mulie
