Default Hastings Lake!!!!!!

I use to live at hastings lake 16yrs ago and the perch fishing was very good, but over the last 6-8yrs I have not heard of anyone actually fishing there anymore....I tried fishing there 3yrs ago and got nothing not even a bite..While out on the lake I asked one of the locals and he heard it had a severe winter kill and wiped out pretty much all the Perch
Has anyone heard anything different from this??

Any crayfish in Hastings?

The government planted some in there years ago.

I have a cottage there and have not seen any in years. I'm sure there might be a few left in there but, Don't bother as the lake is drying up. Needs about 10ft of rain to bring it back up to normal water levels. Its funny that the fishing hole has it on their reports but havent posted it on there for fishing if it was slow or dead. Its dead.
