Default Red Deer River

Going Antelope hunting along the Red Deer River (Jenner) and was wondering if it is worth it to pack a fishing rod. Whats is in that part of the river?

Default lOTS

Have fished before dinosaur park quite a bit and have caught lots of Goldeye, Pike and some pretty large Walleye. Have also caught a few ling, I would guess that all those fish are in that next of the woods its only a few miles or river difference. Finding a deep enough hole is the main concern. I always use a pickeral rig and minnows. I would definetly bring a rod.
