Default Ghost Lake

Hey Guys

My dad and I are taking my boys out to Ghost tomorrow for a day of fishing in Grandpas boat.

Ford fender...20" leader...wedding ring..half a dew worm...and an gibs 4oz slipline sinker 20" in front of the FF...I also have used a blue blue fox spinner with a single hook set upbthe same way and had the hook straighted right out on a hit across the lake from the camp ground working an old creek chañel...let us know...oh yeah...10 to 15 pulls for the right depth...a dipsey diver also works

I got a couple nice Brown Trout from Ghost this spring at the West end, which is really just the widening of the Bow river Channel. I was casting lures from shore like I always do at This reservoir. All I ever get at Ghost now are Browns, if I catch anything. It is sad that the lakers I used to catch are a memory now. This was the first time I have been back to Ghost in several years, though.

It was a nice day on the water after the smoke cleared out around 9:30.
Not a fish to be found however.

I've been skunked there also. Next time will fish the west end.

Level was a bit low at the launch. The south dock is hard to walk on it’s so steep right now.

We fished the west end for most of the day.
