Default navionics

is anyone else having issues with navionics downloads. Paid 179 bucks last year for 12 months of upgrade it is about 8 months into and can't even login to check download just a friggin run around on web site.

I get "card is full" every time I try, so - YES.

If you look on your box it says you have to register within 2 months of the purchase of the chip if you didn't then you can't update it for free you have to pay the membership fee it's dumb but yeah that's probably why it ain't working.

I did buy the member ship for 179 bucks 8 months ago used it once. Had that issue last time that's why I bought it was my mistake for not regestering but I refuse to buy another....lol

I am registered and it acknowledges me and my chip - it just refusees to update it.

Doubt if there has been any changes to Alberta anyway.

No detectible changes from a card I bought 8 years ago to cards I bought this year.

i could log in and download and then it would show 75% complete for hours. Did this a few times. Got desperate. Took the lock off of the card. Worked great this morning.

After about 20-30 trys seams to have worke d won't know till I hit the lake if not time for new card which means might as well get new sonar to lol

They have also upped the size of the newer chips. My old one was a 2 gb and the new ones are 8gb. The old ones aren't large enough to take the updates. If you slide the micro chip out it will have the size on it. Call them and they will replace the card if it still has update time left.

I just updated my card today and it only contains 580 gb of data( 2gb card). My depth sounder has two card slots and I lock the Navionics card to make sure no data is written to it when in the sounder.
