Default Hunting pants/winter

Im wondering what everyone wears for pants? Id like some solid color pants...Insulated,water resistant...as well as a warmer weather pant. I have army surplus bibs but there just cotton. I also run some Under Armor bibs....but they are not wind or water resistant.
Same with warm weather pants. What does everyone like?
Any imput would be appreciated.

Question Wool or Synthetics?

There is some information on the Big Bill line of wool clothing in this thread: http://www.outdoorsmenforum.ca/showthread.php?t=354265
There is also the Filson line of wool products to check out.

There are lots of options for weatherproof, insulated synthetics. Many camo options available from the big name brands (Sitka, Kuiu, First Lite, etc.) in the hunting industry, many solid colour options available from the outdoor sports industry. Problem with many of the synthetics is they are noisy, and the materials are less durable. ie. not fire resistant and prone to tearing.

Since finding a pair of wool pants at the second hand store a couple years ago I'm a believer.. No use for my big hunting bibs that make you overheat while walking then freeze you while sitting.... My Hunting style has me on the move more than not...wool for me please

I also have used German army wool pants for more than 30 years. Love them. Swedish Army wool pants are a good alternative.
When it gets really cold, or slushy wet, a light pair of rain pants over them, makes them wind proof.
