Is anyone else running this set up? I can't seem to figure out how to turn the hand held down, the woman's voice drives me nuts. I've found 2 volume settings but it doesn't seem to make a difference. I wrote sportdog and I'm waiting for a reply, so please don't suggest that, lol.
