The river isn't as low as it was before the rain started, couldn't tell you exact levels though. Probably somewhere close to average fall level plus a half-foot to account for all the rain last week.
The bite is on though, everyone I've talked too is catching plenty of quality walleye in the 24" + range, even in the city limits. Lots of smaller ones too.
I was at the Pembina before the rain started and I think I got 4 walleyes on my first 5 casts into the Lobstick hole over by the Provincial Park (entwhistle).

PS: There's never a time where you shouldn't be concerned about rocks on the NSR, especially upstream of Devon.
