I got my Lowa Hunter Extreme GTX last year - they were as stiff as ski boots, but are a bit softer now - but I like that stiffness - feels secure. For my weak ankles I couldn't have asked for a better boot to keep them from spraining.

Bought a pair of Lowa Tibets. Haven't had a chance to wear them in the Field yet but they sure fit nice on my foot. Tried Kenetrek but don't fit my foot like the Lowa.

Own both brands and honestly like both but never get sore in my Kentrex
Not the same with my lowas but still like both! I consider the lowa's my light hikers and the Kentrex are my work horses.

I owned a pair of kenetrek and yes the inside was comfy , unfortunately it was the outside rand that started coming apart on the first hunt I wore them.

The dealer from Kelowna was at huntfest and appeased me with Bootwax as I had them reglued in Red Deer twice and this was to cover that cost !!

So my opinion only is when you pay almost $500 on a pair of boots the warranty should back them.
I am trying to work that out. Didn't give much attention to the receipt, so it's lost, so I thought that was it.

Looks like someone on here is willing to help you out already . That is service that backs their product.
Now looking at your particular brand they look kinda like a fabric even if their Gortex. Personally i will only ever buy a leather boot that you can treat before your outings and keep them feet dry and blister free which is so important.
