Priority 6 Bull Moose help

Hello everyone,

I am a priority 6 this year and really want to go after a bull moose. Being from Lethbridge and hunting primarily around here I do not have much experience or knowledge of where to put in for my draw for moose. The zones that do have moose around here require a much higher priority (400, 308). Have been doing my research and homework but I am left uncertain on where I should put in. Not looking for the biggest moose in Alberta but like everyone else I would like to put in where the numbers are good and the chances at a mature animal would be descent. Any and all information, knowledge and experiences would be greatly appreciated and I would be happy to share mine with anyone who wants to know. Too hunt a zone with some whitetail in it would be a bonus, the numbers and quality around here are poor. Mule deer & antelope are a different story Thank you in advance.

Log onto my wild Alberta look at hunter harvest bam choose a zone with high success rate and has a lot of tags giving out then go scout that zone

If you want to hunt moose need to apply in boreal forest areas. Thus zones west of Highway 22 ( Cowboy trail)and north of highway 16 ( Yellow head) The further north or west the better, other than that you are on your own for doing your scouting.
