I thought they were supposed to be shy. Goes to show that you never really know what we are going to see in this great province.

This was the first alive fisher that I have seen, and it gave me enough time to get the camera and take a couple of pictures.

Default Fisher

COOL PICS, hard to get them guys to Pose for a Pic, hey
I was sitting on the rig one day, I watched one chasing a Rabbit.
I was one the phone in the truck when I looked up and saw a Cottontail running for his life. 15 yards behind him was a Good sized Fisher, teeth snarling and on a full run. I honked the horn and it was like I woke him up.
He did a full 180 degrees and took off and ran under the front of the rig.
Never to be seen again.
Pretty cool SIGHT.
I caught one in a Lynx set back when I was a kid. My chest was PUFFED out for a week. Even though it was an accidental catch.
Sometimes it is better to be Lucky then Good.
