Little Bow Campground fishing?

I've booked a site at Little Bow campground for a weekend in August. The site says there's fishing in the lake but doesn't say what kind of fish are in it. If anyone has any knowledge of this lake and what the fishings like please let me know. I just want to know whether it's worth packing the kids an my fishing rods.

The lake is mostly C&R ...There is a big dock for kids to fish off of ..Check the calgary health region web site
To see how the Ecoli and green algae warnings are going on ,

Thanks for the heads-up. I'll check it out. I just did a search for Travers and found some info. I should have done that in the first place.
