Default First archery animal ever

Hey all,

I finally decided to try my hand a bow hunting. I bought a new M7 Momba from APA and took this Bruiser this spring. He was 7.5' nose to tail on bear, 550+lbs, and 22" skull. Absolutely addicted to bow hunting now. And can't wait till next spring.

That is one h*ll of an animal for your first archery kill! Huge congrats!

Bow hunting is so rewarding, and to take an animal like that... Unbelievable.

Congrats

Mitch

PS, Glad to add another member to the brotherhood of bow hunters!

Pumped isn't even the word... I couldn't believe it after I arrowed him... I was sh#^# my pants... He came in behind a huge spruce tree, hot on a sow, and I didn't even give him 2 steps once he cleared the tree and gave me a broad side shot... I let loose and hit him dead on, perfect heart shot at 30 yards, He bolted and went a max of 25-40 yards. When I seen him piled up I couldn't believe the size of him......

And no idea what his weight was, I tried weighing him on the cabelas big 550 lb scale and he broke it and the ancor point. all I seen was the needle wrap and then everything crashed when I let his weight all on scale.... So that's y I said 550+........ lol
