Going camping this weekend to this lake and wondering if anyone has fished it recently and with what results . should mention I'm restricted to the shoreline , no boat .
We had a pretty good day there fishing from our belly boats, but that was about 3 weeks ago. I'd try fishing of the island if I was restricted to shore.
Been out a few times this week with the kids and a buddy. From boats every time. Small Lyman lures were the trick using hardware and the trusty mohair leech off the flyrod. Starting to get weedy now with the heat. Have fun!
