Default Whitetail shoulder mount position??

Hey guys, I shot my first 150+ whitetail the other night and I'm thinking he will be taking a trip to artistic taxidermy. I'm wondering what you would recommend for mount positions? I have a couple mule bucks in semi sneak so I would like to do something different. Would you recommend a semi upright?

He it a heavy tight framed 6x5. And I have 8 foot ceilings. I would appreciate some input. Thanks

The pics don't really do him justice.

Nice deer!!

I did a classic upright with a left look on my 161. Figure out where you want to place your mount and go from there.

Beauty of a buck! Congrats...

As for suggestions, maybe try out the full sneak?

If it's your first WT shoulder mount I wouldn't do a sneak. Go for the classic upright and slight turn left or right. Talk to Brian too and see what he says.

Nice looking deer, good mass. Congrats.

How do you remember viewing it prior to the shot, thus is a memory that can last forever. Sneak, full alert, dopey rut with ears hanging, on your back pack headed out?

My next biggy will be Pedestal, corner mount, with a good turn to it, alert!

Yeah when I first seen him he had his head down kind of harassing some does, but when he picked his head up I knew instantly he was the buck I was after. I actually have a mule buck from earlier in the year at the taxidermy getting a wall pedestal done so I think I'm leaning towards a full sneak or or a semi upright. Haha but I feel like the full sneak will make him look bigger on the wall.

Here are some more pics of both bucks.
Haha it's going to be an expensive season.

Thumbs up

Full sneak, slight turn, twist with head slightly lower, ears back as if he is coming into a scrap.
