Hypothetical situation - Moose
Just applied for my draws, should get Antlered Moose.
Can I, as an Alberta Resident, get my bull moose draw as well as book a fly in moose hunt with an outfitter in Alberta ?

Just to clarify, are you asking if you can hire an outfitter to help you fill the tag that you draw? Absolutely. Are you asking if you can draw a tag to fill yourself, and also book a hunt with the intent on using the outfitters allocation? Absolutely not, an Alberta resident can't use an outfitter allocation.

Thats a good question, afaik, guides are allocated tags and then sell those tags. The way I see it, im sure you could do both. I dunno though, never bought a guided hunt before lol, but i think the guided tags are not a special license. i dunno lol

As long as your draw is in the zone you are flying into. Only one tag allowed .

The outfitter allocations are only valid for non residents.

There are some outfitters that will do drop camps if you have a tag.
