Upper Kananskis when is best month to fish it ?

Heading up again this this year with grandkids . Last year we were in Aug. for the first time . Enjoyed it ,but the fishing was slow . Returning with the boat this year.
Have to book holidays now at work. What would be the best month for fishing in the boat ?

Mid June has been the best time for me.

Wait til the water warms up anyways, after that you can do alright anytime if they are on the bite. June through freeze up should produce.

june to early july for both upper and lower lakes , then again in sept for upper lake.
