[B] If i were you i would either stop and fish at Pigeon or Battle lake
Battle can be good pike and occasionaly the odd white fish.
Buck lake has never been good for me in the winter, but can be exellent in summer

Geez chippy, what great advice...NOT!!
Battle, the lake of a 1000 springs...
And, boasts the worst winter fishing around...

Cross, head north my friend. I've never tried by I'm told the north shore of Buck has some decent perch. Very decent. One of the Westend Fishing Hole employees let me know about a trip about 2 weeks ago that yielded 10 big perch the smallest being 11 inches. He didn't tell me where but I've heard about the north side before. Good luck if you go!

Was out for an hour the other morning, caught about a 24" pike on the tip up. Nothing else. Mind you I'm new to the lake. I'm heading out again right this second so if I have any luck I'll let ya know!
