Covid19 is not a death sentence and vast majority of cases don’t even involve hospitalization
I too have lost faith in Canadians do to the fear mongering and overreaction I have seen combined with the attitude. Common sense and respect are clearly a thing of the past
Wash your hands, don’t lick door knobs or strangers and stay safe. If you wish to hide in a bubble giver but drop the guilt trip and over exaggerating Covid19’s lethality

Smokey just a little premature to say no long term damage....the virus still is not fully understood.....more to follow.
Stay healthy.....funny you say door knobs....I just sanatized all in the house
Gotta go clean the boat now....fish stink....

Fair enough let’s go with presently no known long term damage then. Honestly the fact most chest infections like bronchitis for example do some damage to the lungs Covid19 likely does have some impact as well. Pneumonia commonly causes long term respiratory damage even reducing lung compactly too. Could even get into the damage caused by even inhaling common household cleaners
But I need to go clean my boat too unfortunately so I can bring it in for repairs. Stuck shore fishing or maybe find a new beater canoe I want for duck hunting anyway

Well that explains the 20 minute response time when I called 911 last week to report a male threatening to kill 2 senior citizens..... The station is 8 minutes away and the Tim's is only 4.

If you lived rural say ten minutes from town you can expect to wait an hour.
If your a business that got robbed they might come the next business day and do a report and that will be that.

Biggest loophole right now are with dual US/Canada citizenships.
A person from Canada travels to the states to visit relatives and/or friends. Shows US passport.
Visits for a while then comes back to Canada and shows a Canadian passport.
These people seem to move with impunity.
Apparently very common.

Protect the elderly and vulnerable. Put out all the info and data you can then let the rest decide their own fate. If we take care of the problem areas the majority that get covid will get the flu like many have for years. I bet some drug companies will come up with ways to treat or lessen covid before a real vaccine gets out there and the masses actually get it.
