I found the 708 very easy to load for, never an issue using Varget or 4350 and
danged near any bullet I chose from 120 to 160!

My best loads came from Varget and H414. 140gr Accubonds were the pill of choice. I found loading at modest velocities( 2650 to 2725 fps) gave the most accurate loads. Never heard a game animal complain the bullets were not going fast enough.
Good luck. Its always fun to find the best load for your rifle

I usually start and end with IMR4350. Works pretty good in my 30-06 and 338 WM, too.

Varget and 120g Btips. My load is over the max and I don't recommend it but it shoots very well and fast

I like RL-15 for 140's and Varget for the lighter stuff.

Default 7-08

We use Varget and 140 Nosler Accubonds as an all-purpose load.

120gr. TSX's or Ballistic Tips with Varget.
150gr. Sierra MK's or GK's and H4350.
155gr. Chinchaga's and H4350.
