Default Kids and pay off!!!

we were sooooo tired smoking our fish but my daughters new the rules if u want to keep one not only would u have to help clean it but also keep me company through the night while I stocked up the chips in the smoker, honey baste and kept an eye on our prizes. Hard worked payed off, she has her own labeled vac packed packages, the tough lesson now is how to conserve it, wont be to long untill she moves onto mine lol

it took a whopping 20 hrs for the thicker pieces to finish in my big chief.......totally worth it!

Drooooool!!

Great looking fish Fluxcore, looks like you can work a knife with ease.
Smoked fish. Yep, I need some NOW. Thank you, I'm going to the freezer now.

Have you tried slicing it transparent thin and smoking it into jerky?

Here is somthing amazing I do, its smoked salmon / trout with your eggs benie. Toast your English muffin and lightly butter it then put on your fried back bacon, then add very thin (shaved) slices of the smoked trout / salmon, then the poached egg and the holiday sause. It's amazing the sweet smokey flavor blends perfectly.
