Portland, Columbia River fishing trip

Hi Guys, planning a camping trip down south to Portland Oregon early August. Looking at some research on Youtube, some great Salmon and Walleye fishing right in the Columbia River.

I want to ask for some recommendation of where's a good shore/bank to fish? As I won't be bringing my boat down. Any advice would be appreciated!
