Default Slave lake melting?

anyone know how slave lake it doing for melting? ill be headed out there the long weekend wondering if its going to be fishable?

What??!!!! OMG!!!!!! only a few short years after the fire and now its melting!!!! Those poor people!!!!

As of Tuesday there was still quite a bit of ice on it.

LMAO pat....

not sure about the west basin but in front of the house about midway on the east basin doesn't look good. Miles and miles of grey ice as far as you can see.

My buddy is up there working in the town tonight, said there is still ice but this wind is taking care of a lot of it. Said it should be ok for the long weekend if they get some sun. Im taking my boat up this weekend anyhow - can't be worse than last year!

Any updates? Wanting to head out to the cabin at Joussard for the weekend. But only if the ice is off.
