Default fishing the nsr

the woman have been nagging me that it might not be legal to fish the nsr near or in parks. i went 3 stones throws of any people or dogs in a dog park and caught 2 sauger.on the way back i got dirty looks from many people.
what are the limits of fishing parks or in the city limits of the nsr.

(Drayton Valley) downstream to the Alberta/Saskatchewan border

http://www.albertaregulations.ca/fishingregs/

just read em

you can fish it, not sure where You caught the Sauger.....but should be legal if you are near Edmonchuck. the NSR is a river covered in the Regs, there are few parks that dont alow fishing of the major river systems and if so, they are WELL POSTED.

congrats on your sauger, just dont feed them to kids or pregnant women (mercury)
