Fishing highwood river september

Hi there,
I'm planning to fish from Longview to Kananaskis this weekend.
I have to be honest I'm a rockie when it's come to a fly fishing.So I'll appreciate
your help with any suggestions for using the wright flies and technics for Highwood river
