Heading down to Milk River for some fishing on Friday, was wondering how the conditions are? Anyone been down there recently?

We where at Cross Coulee this Saturday, and last and the fishing was very bad as they are dumping water out of Milk River Ridge into Cross Coulee (right below Milk River Ridge) and the water seems to be fluctuating. Are you in the tourney on Friday? (SAWT). We plan on hitting the lake on thursday when it opens, and before the tourney as the fishing will suck afterwards.

I didn't know there was a tournament, actually. Just planned on taking a drive down there on Friday. Do you recommend going another day? Where on Milk River is the tournament...maybe I'll peeve off some people and fish upriver

LOL my mistake. I did not read right and thought you meant the Ridge Res.

Can't help you with The Milk River, never fished there.
