Default Hermitage access to NSR

I was anyone can help me out, my GF and I often fish at Hermitage with our girls, we were trying to walk to the NSR yesterday from Hermitage but the access area we found was really steep, impossible for us to get the kids down there... is there a path that leads to the NSR without the climb?

Try here, at the green arrow. Easy walk in just near the giant drain. http://maps.google.ca/maps?q=53.5876...num=1&t=h&z=18

Follow the trail heading east (just south of the pond). When you get to the river there will be a giant drain in front of you with some concrete and fencing visible. Go left of the drain and walk along the river to wherever you want to fish.

don't park at main pond. park as far north as possible by the offleash dog park. walk north on level field about 150 yds to storm drain on the right (south). there is a path to the right before you get to the drain if you like but the first time just head for the outflow. iv'e seen people with baby buggies down there so i'm sure your kids will have no problems. good-luck.
