I personally would never use a 2 blade broadhead. There's better broadheads on the market.

What do you use then NAH?
I've been using 2-blade Rage broad heads and have been happy. They cut well and put animals down. The chisel tip is better than the razor blade tip for penetration at sharper angles.

My son a I used grim reaper expandable when we hunted black bear with a crossbow, we had absolutely amazing results with them, this year we are switching to slick trick 100 grain magnums.

I am thinking either those or these…

Totally new to archery, I just got a bow from a fellow member.
Not looking to spend a lot of money on the sport yet, got a few canadian tire dollars kicking around I was saving up.
Just want an arrow that will shoot like the field tips and will kill fast.
I am not going to be taking crazy long shots, I can get pretty close to deer.

SLICK TRICKS are awesome, replaceable blades and about $10 cheaper than most other similar quality broadheads.
They also fly very well in my experience.

I killed a nice bear last night with a grim reaper and he barely made 20yrds. That was my seventh grim reaper kill and they are awesome! I think there's better options for 2 blades like nap kill zones

I actually tend to agree, I haven't ever posted pictures of game I have harvested in here.
Other than mounts.

if there's any negativity towards your picture post, use the report function, and those individuals receive minimum 30 day suspension.

The Rage 2-blade are excellent broadheads. I have killed about 50 big game animals with them, From moose to antelope. They fly nice, hit where I aim, and leave a great blood trail.

Both are good heads in their own right...mechanical or fixed...only downside of montecs is you have to re-sharpen yourself...The G5 Strikers are replaceable razor sharp blades...My personal pick and as LA_bowhunter...have taken dozens of big game animals with the G5 Strikers...
