Default Shop Temperature when not in use?

I have a shop periodic use. What temperature should it be kept at those days when I`m not using it? I`m concerned about possible condensation in walls.
It is tin lined with vapor barrier and R20 insulation in walls and tin exterior. When I`m working in there I keep it around 17c or so.

6-8 is the lowest it goes so that's where it sits. No issues at all except the dang guy that put the floor in made all the water drain improperly and this temp isn't high enough to dry it out.

When I'm working I keep my shop at 17-20 C. If I plan to be away for awhile I never let it go below 10-12 C. I do have a gravity NG furnace and the floor is always a little colder then the ceiling. I don't like the idea of any condensation in compressor freezing (yes I drain it reg.) and the flourescent lighting does not work well when too cold.
