Default Size of chicken eggs, smaller ?

Is it just me or are eggs that you buy in the store getting smaller ?

Eg :
extra large = large or med size now ?

They just seem smaller to me now. Even the huderite ones arn't super large anymore. ( larger than store bought though )

My belly can hold more eggs than 20 years ago.... Eggs must be getting smaller....

It's global warming. Eggs are getting smaller.
