Spiral barrel was stock on mine as well, I like the look of it better than the aftermarket ones, as it is just stainless steel, and doesn't have any funny colors worked into it. I got mine at the Sportsman's Den in Red Deer, although that was a couple years ago.
I have to bring up this question again guys.Due to some health/job/financial problems, I wasn't able to purchase a 10/22 until now.
I am strongly in the market for a new Ruger 10/22 Target Model with the Stainless finish spiral fluted barrel. I do know this model is not made in 2010, but I am hoping someone knows of one left over from last years stock.
Have the money waiting now, just need a store and a price.
