recipe? just really wondering what type of hair, looks nice and simple, always great for a fly that works well

It's a size 10 jig hook Daichi. Then a dress pin cut to length with a Tungsten bead head. Ice dub Bloody brown dubbing with a little black Maribou tail. If you've never tied a balanced leech just you tube it. I fish it under and indicator near weed beds. Hold on.

Nothing new there. Brian Chan, Phil Rowley and others have been touting balanced leeches for years in a multitude of patterns. Lots of instructional videos on You Tube. Yes, they work and yes, the Diachi 4640 jig hook seems to be a lot better than the Mustad "equivalent".
