Default Success!

Great lake, unreal scenery. Water is robins egg blue, and full of brookies and bows. Ignored the spoons, spinners and rapalas, but took greatly to dry flies.

Plenty of tourists in the day time - one of whom which remarked to me today, in the ancient english accent; "you must have bloody glycol in your veins" when seeing me jump off the bridge into the lake.

You can bring your own canoe and fish the stream mouths and have plenty of success with dry flies from a canoe or row boat rented for $30 an hour. Bring your own, no motors, lead weights or bait because it is in a National Park.

Nice lodge and some great staff. Bring your Castanza wallet though. But nevertheless, an unforgettable experience.

Photo's coming.
