Default Crawling Valley

From previous posts it appears the ice is thick enough for vehicles (15 inches). Can anyone tell me if there is a way to get on the north east arm of the lake or is the boat launch by the campground the only way to get on? How deep is the snow cover on the ice? I plan on coming down south sometime this coming week so would appreciate any information. Thanks and good fishing.

P.S. I hope those who posted waying the ice was 15 inches thick really meant inches and not centimeters.

well i dont know the lake well so i can't answer your access issues, but it was def about 16" when i was there 2 weeks ago, there were 2 trucks out that day but neither were far from shore. i was always drilling within 150 yards of shore so i dont know what the open water areas are like. happy hunting

Thanks. Sounds like it should be safe along the shore line so I will fish the drop-offs just like in the summer.
