Smile some pics from Parkland Bowbenders Hunter 3D

Just some pics. In our group... myself ...LeftyCanuck ...MikeW ...BigDawg and some dude named James... with a 60 inch draw lol. His arrows were like spears.

one thing i know.. is i learned alot. 3D sure puts you in hunting situations. And it is not like practicing in a field or a lawn. And a person really needs to practice at ranges in between 10,30,30,40,50,60 and so on. I choked hard on a 54 yard elk that during practice on tje acerage i would have drilled home at 50 and 60 . I made the mistake of only practicing in between distances for the last two days of the shoot. It doesnt matter if u can hit a 5 inch pie plate at 70-80 yards.... dont mean nothing if u cant hit 76 lol

Double kill zones on this baboon

Lefty Canuck

Money!

My pleasure! Without new folks taking up the sport it would die out fast....I just got into 3d last year (3-4 tourneys) and really picked it up this year 10+ tourneys.

The archery community in Alberta is a great one to belong to...I find everyone and all the clubs to be outstanding.

I believe Cabelas has an archery extravaganza or some event going on today....folks should check it out.

I am happy to pass along what little I have learned, there is still a lot for me to learn as well.
