I just used a sponge, I’m not even sure what kind of paint it was and I never used any sealer. My stock was black and I just dabbed a bit of paint on it, the nice part is with this type of patten is if some paint gets chipped off you can’t really tell lol.

I used krylon spray paint and sealed it with matte clear. I used a sponge, pine needles, and a cardboard stencil, felt like grade 3 art class.

A good clear coat to use is a product called frosted glass, it leave a nice textured matt finish.

Has anyone else ordered from Boyd's lately? I ordered a stock in mid-May but haven't received any USPS updates since May 23rd. Could be COVID related but a bit concerned. Thoughts?
