Prairie storm has a good reputation. That's who I'd be looking to if/when I decide to get a brit

If the quality of the pup as a hunter is of interest to you, take a look at the trial and "dog of the year" results over the years for the Calgary Pointing Dog Club. See where a lot of the top placing dogs come from.

Also, don't get a Britt unless you are willing to walk him or her a lot, preferably off leash. These dogs have a lot of energy. A half an hour a day on leash down the street won't cut it. Mine gets a short walk, maybe 15 minutes before work, and then a solid hour after work, most of it off leash, in all weather. He wants to go in 30 below, and he's nearly 12 years old. They aren't lazy dogs. You shouldn't be either. Very friendly and loving though.

This times a million. I grew up with a Springer and thought I knew what "high-energy dog" meant. Not even close. Schaffer would run 5 hours a day every day if he could (and in the summer he often does).

He has an amazing nose, and though it's just the two of us 95% of the time, he's great with others, too (including kids). Got him from Prairiestorm, 3 years ago.

Leslie has bred amazing dogs for a long time (think decades). If I were in the market for a Brit, my journey would begin and end with her.
