Meat Freezer in Peace River Area

Hi guys,

Does anyone know of a meat freezer in the Peace River town area that accepts hunter kills for a few days? We are planning on going there in the first week of October and the weather forecast looks to be too hot to just let it hang.

I was told IGA two weeks ago when I made the same thread.

Finding somewhere to hang your meat is a huge gamble in Peace River. Too often everything is full. IGA is one spot to try, Johnny's meats in Grimshaw is another. I know there's another meat locker/butcher in Fairview and one in Hines Creek. There used to be a couple more local boys, but they have moved away as far as I know. Also I don't know if the above mentioned lockers will simply hang meat, they may only do it when cutting the meat, you'll have to check.
And nobody reserves.
