The same RFMA? Flipping it for a $40K profit?

Large trapline for sale near Grande Cache. 3 quality, fully stocked cabins, wood burning stoves, all the amenities of home including a hot shower. Double garage/shop, out bldgs, main cabin perched above the Little Smoky river, with awewsome view of river & meadow. 2nd cabin over looking the lake. Some of our visitors include, moose, caribou, deer & otter, abundance of trapping, hunting, fishing & hiking, all on your front door step. Let me get this straight so it sold at auction for 160000 but now is for sale at $200000. Or it did not hit the reserved bid at the auction. And now the owner is trying to sell it for $200000 again.
