Just looking for some input/ help from fellow members.
Is there another boat launch at Calling lake other than the Prov. Site? Ridiculous busy last weekend. Nowhere to leave truck and trailer. Can't park on the side of the road or they give you a ticket.
Any help is appreciated.

If it was me and the boys its a great way to do it. Unfortunately the tricycle motors aren't that keen on getting up at 7. By the time I get them and the wife rigged up, they're ready to go back.
Last year was awesome though. In 3 days of fishing I picked up my rod twice. Once before the youngest let it go into the lake, and once when the kids fell asleep and finally got a chance to fish
There are 2 launches at the park. But like suggested before if I fish there I'm in at almost first light and getting off by 2 with my limit.

Leave by 2:00 or sooner. Once last year we got back to athabasca by noon with our limit, that beer sure tasted good. On the lake by 9 and off at 2 or sooner.
